📖 What is Elgato Stream Deck?

An Elgato streaming controller that lets you assign custom actions to LCD keys, so you can switch OBS scenes, mute your mic, play BGM, or post to social media with a single tap. The hardware lineup includes the Mini, XL, Neo, and the dial-equipped +, and there's also Stream Deck Mobile, which turns your phone into a deck. Plugins from the Marketplace let you extend support to more apps. The hardware is paid, while the dedicated app is free.

🚀 How to Use

1. Step 1: Download and install the free "Stream Deck" app from the Elgato official site, then connect the hardware via USB (if using your phone instead, install the Stream Deck Mobile app)
2. Step 2: From the action list on the right of the app, drag and drop "OBS Studio" actions like "Scene," "Toggle Source Visibility," or "Mute" onto a key, then choose the target scene or source
3. Step 3: For integrations you don't already have, add plugins (for streaming services, VTuber software, and more) from the "Marketplace" inside the app and place them on keys the same way
4. Step 4: Use "Multi Action" to combine several operations into one key — such as "switch scene → start BGM → mic on" — to create routine actions for starting a stream, taking a break, and more
5. Step 5: Save separate "Profiles" for chatting streams, gaming, and so on, and arrange key icons and titles so they're easy to tell apart when you go live
