It automatically switches between idle and talking images based on mic volume, with support for automatic blinking, random actions, and APNG/WebP/GIF. Everything happens inside OBS, with no external app required. Free and licensed under GPLv2, for Windows 64-bit (the installer is unsigned, so SmartScreen will show a warning).

🚀 How to Use

1. Step 1: Get the Windows 64-bit build of Flood-Tuber from GitHub Releases and add it to OBS Studio 30.2 or later.
