📖 What is TDPT (Three D Pose Tracker)?
A motion capture tool that uses AI to estimate 24 full-body pose points from a single webcam. It drives VRM (0.x / 1.x) avatars and can send data to apps like VSeeFace over the VMC protocol, plus export in BVH, VMD, and VRMA formats — handy for MMD and 3D music video production too. The Windows version is freeware.
💡 When to Use It
Great for VTubers who want to try out full-body motion with a single webcam before investing in trackers or multiple cameras. It also suits full-body VRM avatar performance, streaming via VMC integration, and exporting BVH/VMD/VRMA for MMD or 3D video production.

🚀 How to Use
- Step 1: From the official page, head to the Digisuta Shop (BOOTH), download TDPT (Windows version), and install it on your Windows PC.
- Step 2: Set your webcam or a video file as the input, and adjust the camera position and lighting so your full body fits in frame.
- Step 3: Load a VRM 0.x or 1.x avatar and check that the estimated 24-point pose maps naturally onto its bones.
- Step 4: If you're passing data to an external app like OBS or VSeeFace, set up VMC Protocol sending; for recording or production work, use the BVH / VMD / VRMA export instead.
- Step 5: If the motion looks jerky, adjust the filters, switch to the Low Quality model, or try upper-body mode to balance PC load against tracking smoothness.
