📖 What is Tuna?

A free OBS plugin that shows song info—such as the current track title and artist—on your OBS Studio stream. It can pull info from Spotify, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, Deezer, VLC, MPD, Windows media controls, Linux MPRIS, any window title, and more, and a browser extension lets you add support for other services. It also supports lyrics display via lrclib and scrobbling to last.fm. Open-source software released under GPL-2.0.

🚀 How to Use

1. Step 1: Download the files that match your OS and OBS version from the Tuna page on the official OBS forums or the Releases page on GitHub (univrsal/tuna).
2. Step 2: Place the downloaded files in your OBS plugins folder and restart OBS Studio.
3. Step 3: Open "Tools" → "Tuna settings" from the OBS menu and choose where to get song info from, such as Spotify, VLC, or a window title.
4. Step 4: In the same settings window, set the display format (e.g., "Title - Artist") and choose an OBS text source or a text file as the output.
5. Step 5: Add a text source for the song info to your scene, adjust the font and position, then play music to confirm the display updates whenever the song changes.
