📖 What is VoiceMod?

A real-time voice changer with over 200 voices built in. It runs as a virtual mic (Voicemod Virtual Microphone), so you just set it as the input device in Discord, OBS, VRChat, or any game to carry your transformed voice through. It also comes with a soundboard for instantly playing meme sounds and sound effects via keybinds, plus Voicelab for creating and customizing your own voices. You can start with the free version, and unlocking all voices and more requires the Pro version (in-app purchase).

💡 When to Use It

Great for when you want to switch to a character voice or a joke voice to liven up a game stream, or add voice flair during collab calls or fan calls. Register sound effects in the soundboard, and you can fire off reaction sounds through the same audio path as your mic. It's also useful for privacy — processing your voice on streams where you don't want to show your bare voice.

🚀 How to Use

1. Step 1: Download the installer from the official site (voicemod.net) and install it (the virtual mic driver installs alongside it).
2. Step 2: Launch Voicemod and select the mic you actually use as the input device.
3. Step 3: In OBS or Discord's mic settings, choose 'Voicemod Virtual Microphone'.
4. Step 4: Pick a voice from the list and use 'Hear Myself' to listen and fine-tune it.
5. Step 5: Register sound effects in the soundboard, assign keybinds, and fire them off live during your stream.
