📖 What is XR Animator?
An AI motion capture app that can track your full body with just a single webcam. It uses MediaPipe and TensorFlow.js to animate VRM/MMD models. You can export motion as VMD/BVH/glTF, and also send it to VSeeFace, VNyan, or Warudo via VMC Protocol. The source code is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, but using the app or the motion you export for monetized streams isn't restricted.
💡 When to Use It
For anyone who wants to try full-body tracking with just a webcam before buying dedicated trackers. It's useful when you want to add standing poses or arm movement to chatting streams, when you want to send simple full-body tracking to VSeeFace or Warudo to check how it looks, or when you want to export motion like VMD/BVH for video production.

- Step 1: Check the guide for XR Animator in the System Animator Online repository on GitHub, and set up a PC environment with a usable webcam.
- Step 2: Launch the app, select your camera input, and check that MediaPipe/TensorFlow.js body, hand, and face tracking respond on screen.
- Step 3: Load a VRM or MMD model, and adjust skeleton orientation, scale, and display position to find a stance that holds up with just one camera.
- Step 4: Choose VMCProtocol transmission or VMD/BVH/glTF export depending on your use case, and check the motion on the receiving end in apps like VSeeFace, VNyan, or Warudo.
