BEIZ images

A free asset site specializing in backgrounds and textures. Browse color-sorted collections (white, black, red, blue, pastel, etc.) or categories like landscapes, wood grain, watercolor, Japanese-style, and decorative patterns for high-resolution images. No sign-up is needed to download, and commercial use is allowed (redistributing the assets is prohibited). Handy for stream thumbnails, explainer slides, and chat topic images (commercial use is free for up to 20 assets per work; using 21 or more requires a paid arrangement, so watch your count if you use it heavily).

ニコニ・コモンズ

A material-sharing platform run by Dwango. It hosts free downloads spanning music tracks, sound effects, full-body character art, speech bubbles, frames, backgrounds, video effects, and MMD-related assets, and it also consolidates derivative-work (fan content) guidelines. Usage terms vary by asset — some are restricted to use within Niconico Douga only — so checking the license before using something in a stream is essential.

Advanced Masks (OBS Plugin)

A free plugin that extends OBS's masking options. Combine shape masks (circles, stars, hearts, etc.), masks built from another source or image, and gradient masks. It lets you crop your avatar or stream screen into any shape you like, or apply color correction to just part of the frame. Supports Windows, macOS, and Linux.

OBS Background Removal

A free OBS plugin that removes a person's background in real time without needing a green screen. AI (a neural network) automatically cuts out the person, so no physical backdrop is required. Just layer it over your webcam feed to composite yourself into the stream like character art — a go-to plugin for this.

Composite Blur (OBS Plugin)

A free plugin that adds high-quality blur filters to OBS. It includes multiple blur algorithms and effect types, useful for background blur, masking part of the screen, privacy protection, and adding depth to your stream layout. It's published on GitHub and installs as an OBS video filter with fine-grained controls. Because you can apply it to just the sources or areas you need instead of the whole screen, it's easy to protect sensitive information while keeping your layout looking good.

Move Transition

An OBS transition plugin that smoothly moves and scales sources when switching scenes. Animation can be finely tuned with easing settings, adding motion to what would otherwise be a static-feeling stream screen. Free and open source under GPL-2.0 (by exeldro).

Commercial use is allowed for both individuals and businesses, with no credit or usage report required, and free editing such as recoloring or cropping. Free members are limited to 4 keyword searches and 3 AI searches per day, with a wait time before each download. A Premium plan is also available, offering unlimited search and downloads plus a license for use in merchandise.

サクソラまてりある

A site distributing free video assets for OBS and Streamlabs.
